What are the opening times for the store?
Monday to Friday – 9am – 5pm
Do you do at home appointments?
Yes, we do. We cover all of the North East from Amble, Northumberalnd to Scarborough, North Yorkshire. Including Stockton, Yarm, Middlesbrough, Guisborough, Saltburn, Northallerton, Darlington, Redcar, Hartlepool, Peterlee, Seaham, Sunderland, Newcastle, Jarrow, South Shields, North Shields, Durham, Gateshead, Bishop Auckland, Shildon and surrounding
Do you cut carpets to size?
All our carpets come in fixed widths (usually 4m or 5m) and we can cut the other side to whatever length you require. Remnants are sold as specified on the label.
Why are the prices so low?
We buy better so you can. That means that all of our products have been bought in bulk and manufactured by us to pass the savings on to you.
What does the full house deal include?
Our full house deal is based on 80m² of carpet with a different prices depending on the carpet that you choose.
Why are your carpets and flooring so affordable?
We purchase in bulk and avoid the high overheads of national retailers, allowing us to pass the savings directly to you.
Do you offer an at-home service?
Yes, we do! We bring the showroom to you, so you can see flooring options in your home’s lighting and alongside your décor. Our experts bring hundreds of samples for you to choose from in the comfort of your home.
Do you fit carpets?
Absolutely. Our professional fitters, with decades of experience, handle carpet and flooring installation. We can also uplift and remove old carpets (disposal not included).
Do you sell runners, such as stair or hallway runners?
Yes, we offer bespoke stair and hallway runners from a wide range of carpets. We also provide binding, whipping, and optional stair rods for an elegant finish.
Why should I buy new underlay if I already have some?
New underlay can significantly extend your carpet’s lifespan, especially in high-traffic areas. While reusing old underlay is possible, it may lead to faster wear and flattening.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Interest-free finance options are also available through Snap Finance and Klarna.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
